Q: Shipping Terms and Conditions?
*Only US$3 shipping to you, no matter how much you order, no matter where you are!

For these orders airlinegifts.com will send your order via express airmail or other express services of its choice to your nominated delivery address.

We will pay the freight despatch costs but this does not include any local charges levied in your country/state such as Sales Tax, duty, demurrage costs: these additional costs normally do not exist with moderate sized (< $200) orders. For medium to large orders (>$200) these costs are usually nominal, and are the responsibility of the customer.

We can process orders of less than $US20 but these will incur a freight charge of US$3.

All prices are in US Dollars.

Q: What is your refund return policy?
A: airlinegifts.com are proud of the products we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase once we have received the gift by way of return.

The gift must be returned in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging within twentyone (21) days of the date of the purchase to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping or handling).

Shipping or handling charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship). Where the item is faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.

A: Usually between 10 and 14 working days.

Q: Do you accept AMEX?
A: No.

Q: Can I pay by bank transfer or cheque?
A: Yes this is possible – ask via our enquiries form. Please note tha this will involve a delay in shipping your order until we have received your payment.

Q:Can you invoice me in my local currency?
A: No. All amounts on airlinegifts.com are in $US. If you wish to know how much you are paying in your local currency, go to www.XE.com for a currency conversion.
